DO IT

Cry
when you can’t hold it in,
rest
when your bones feel tired,
dream
even when it feels silly,
heal
at your own slow pace.

Speak
when silence starts to ache,
write
when thoughts won’t leave you,
trust
when someone shows you truth,
choose
what feels true to you.

Fall
if you’re meant to rise,
fail
when it leads to growth,
stay
if it feels like home,
leave
when it drains your soul.

Feel
every part of your pain,
smile
when your heart allows it,
break
if that’s what frees you,
live
as though you’re already light.
